Order balloons from them and did not get all the balloons I ordered and the were deflated when received. Got the run around with customer service giving out a bogus email address to send pictures! NEVER order from them! Poor quality for the price and horrible customer service!!!
I am so sorry I did not review this company before I placed my order. I was just notified on the day that the delivery was suppose to take place that the order could not be filled. This is horrible service, My mother is in a nursing home and orders have to sit for 2 days before they can be given to the patient. I will never use this company again. Oh and it will take 3-5 days to receive my refund. I gave 1 star because of the web page.

Horrible experience I’ve ever had with a company. I sent balloons to my mom’s 94 birthday celebration and had I been the person receiving the order from the driver there is no way I would have accepted it. The balloons were not properly filled to have them raised. They were nothing as advertised. Furthermore, my calls are not being addressed to gain a resolution. My next move is to not have my bank honor the charge. Horrible!!!

I ordered 9 balloons. I received 5. 4 were supposed to be character balloons - only 1 was. I called customer service. Was told that the advertisement stated that what I ordered on the website may not be what is available. I understood that when I placed my order but to not get the number of balloons at the price I paid was very disappointing.
I loved the balloon bouquets on this site and wanted to send a bouquet to my five year old granddaughter for her birthday. But, before I did, I called to find out if I could request a specific time frame. I spoke with Dee who was very helpful, telling me that while she couldn't guarantee the bouquet would be delivered when I requested, she'd do whatever she could to make that happen. I placed the order, and Dee contacted the carrier about my request. The balloons were delivered exactly when I requested and, for that, I am very grateful. However, my son and daughter-in-law informed me that the latex balloons were flat five hours after delivery, and the mylar balloon was 75% inflated. SO unsatisfactory!! As pleased as I was with the customer service from Dee, considering the amount of money I spent, I will never, ever, order from 1-800 balloons again.
Very disappointed with this company. I should have read the reviews first but as I was paying with PayPal thought I would be protected. The boots arrived in poor packaging after a couple of weeks which was a relief initially - until I tried them on! Although I ordered my normal size the boots come a couple of sizes too small so are useless to me. I have requested an exchange or refund and they refuse despite their return policy says they will accept returns. I have given them a one but only because there is not a zero. Definite would advise not to touch their products with a barge pole.
I ordered snow boots from this company and I ordered a 5half shoes well I can not get my feet into them. Yes they are a 38 but not an english size 5. I asked to send them back and they are refusing as they said they sent the right size. So I have a poair of boots I cann't get into. This firm is a take on so DO NO BUY FROM THEM THEY WILL NOT REFUND MONEY OR EXCHANGE. I have given them a one but they deserve nothing. They should not be aloud to trade.
I ordered Balloons and a special stuffed animal that sings Happy Birthday. They created two different orders for the balloons and the monkey. The monkey, however, had the wrong date. Two days after my Great Grandsons birthday party. The party is tomorrow and I’m unable to reach 1-800-Balloons to rectify this situation. Phone is busy, Trying to send an e-mail puts you into a endless circle that never brings you to an e-mail platform. After reading other reviews, I sent my Granddaughter a message to let her know I had ordered them.
Update: While I got no reply from 1-800-Balloons, my Grandaughter advised me that the stuffed animal was just delivered. I appreciate the effectiveness of TrustPilot and the positive response from 1-800-Balloons so far.
Update#2: Balloons were delivered for the birthday party.
What I learned from this experience is that 1-800-Balloons is that they read reviews. I spent unnecessary time because I read reviews for this company after the fact. I believe the fact that I wrote the review caused the company to act.
Final opinion: Use 1-800-Balloons at your own risk. I will not because they are not accessible to their customers and I did not receive any communication from this company after the sale.
Horrible company! Do not order from here! They charge more than they say, around $53 for six balloons. They lie about delivering. Was told they would not leave balloons at door and would make a phone call. They did NOT call and left balloons anyway. Please save yourself the trouble. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed!
I received my order of balloons yesterday around 3:30 and the appearance and quality of the display was so so unprofessional and the delivery person said he was sorry cause he broke one and to top it off three of the balloons were not blown up all the way. Here it is 10:13 Sunday morning and the latex balloons are deflated. This company should be ashamed of themselves. And I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!
If I had read reviews about 1 800 Balloons before I ordered I would never have placed an order. For my grandsons graduation I purchased a Junk Food Basket with 3 Mylar balloons that should have said Congrats Graduate. What he got was a basket, 2 Happy Birthday balloons minus a card from who the gift was from. I had to call twice on the day of delivery as he had not received it by 6pm. I called again the next day to tell them of the mistakes and that it was just not acceptable. I was offered a refund for the balloons or replacement with the correct balloons.
Hesitant to purchase balloons due to numerous negative reviews. Although the overpriced balloons were eventually delivered I still don't recomend. Will try a different company next time. Overall my sister enjoyed them and was a sweet gesture.
- Notified 2 days prior substitutions will be made via email.
- Balloons were NOT delivered on requested delivery date (Saturday).
- I contacted customer service via email and reply stated "notes said delivered and if I contacted my family member". Then received another email stating " have been trying to deliver, no one answers the phone, the address we need a building number, a more complete address." Provided information again as requested.
- Balloons delivered 2 days later from original delivery date. Birthday mylar balloons with one pink latex.
Yes, I too am sorry I didn’t read these awful reviews. The balloons were just terrible. I was majorly disappointed. Never order from this shyster company. Their customer service people just shrugged off my calls with no care attitude. I’m calling my cc company to fight the over $75 charges.
